Booking & Cancellation Policy
- We offer a clear and fair cancellation policy for our customers.
- Airport transfers can be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a refund.
- Private day tours can be cancelled at least 72 hours before the tour date for a refund.
- Multi-day tours can be cancelled at least 7 days before the first travel date, except for any non-refundable
- Refundable cancellation is available, excluding any non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
