Booking requests
Luck Me Tours provides private tours and transfers. Please provide accurate service, travel date, pickup time, guest and contact details. A booking request alone does not confirm availability or payment.
Availability and final price
Availability, itinerary or route, pickup details, vehicle suitability and the final price must be confirmed before payment. Transfer arrangements depend on both passenger numbers and luggage. Custom and multi-day trips require a confirmed custom quote.
Payment
Direct website bookings require 100% full payment after the booking details and final price are confirmed. Review the order summary before paying. Payment is confirmed only after successful verification.
Cancellation and refunds
The current cancellation policy applies to tours and transfers: 7 days or more before travel — 90% refund; less than 7 days but more than 48 hours — 50% refund; within 48 hours — no refund; no-show — non-refundable.
